Senior Move Managers offers a customized move management service that plans, coordinates and guides you through every aspect of your transition. We have a five step plan to simplify your relocation process.

1) Schedule an in-home appointment by email or telephone to tell us about your moving needs, as well as other services you may require. There is no charge for this appointment.

2) During the in-home appointment, we’ll listen to your needs and take really good notes!

3) We will follow up with a detailed plan that’s customized for you. It is at this stage, we will provide our costs to you for the move. (Each person is different and we cannot provide estimates without going through Step 2.) A detailed proposal will be furnished to you for review, then a contract for our services.

4) Your personal Senior Relocation Manager (SRM) will be introduced to you and will be your one point contact during the entire process. Your SRM, will be “on-call” for you during the process, from beginning to end.

5) Ready? Set? GO! We’ll make your move and set up your new residence, as if you’ve always lived there!
